Correct and standardized preventive maintenance of robots can maximize the normal operation of robots, high efficiency output, and thus reduce production costs. Therefore, the correct standard of robot preventive maintenance is an essential work for the normal use of robots.
The run-in period of the robot is from normal operation to 6000 hours or 1 year later (whichever comes first), and the robot needs to carry out preventive maintenance, various in-depth checks and change the gearbox oil. After this, the robot must carry out preventive maintenance once every 12 months, effectively reducing the failure rate of the robot, ensuring the running accuracy of the trajectory and improving the service life of the robot.
